Returns & Exchanges
At Call God Apparel, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Return Window
All items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with no stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In original packaging, where applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked "non-returnable" at checkout
Refunds
We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at CallGodsportsapparel@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
- Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at CallGodsportsapparel@gmail.com your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
